I’m in my 30s and have always been an athlete. I used to go to CrossFit, I’ve done yoga, ran 5ks and a half marathon, hiit class, cardio kickboxing, etc. I’ve tried to continue this pace and find that my joints just aren’t as happy with explosive moves as they used to be. I can push through but my recovery time is alot longer than before. I easily fall off the wagon and get frustrated. Stumbled upon this channel and it has been a game changer! Love the variety. I feel like I get a good workout that compliments my running. Much easier on my joints. I feel sore the next day but am still able to function! Love it!
I just started this fitness for women over 50.im not going to lie it was hard in the beginning but I have done a full session I'm so happy
I will continue to do all the exercises.

Exercising is not what I usually want to do at the end of a long working day. Fabulous 50 is a program that I can say to myself... it's just 15 minutes. "Come on"! So I put my tights on and get to work! I feel better and hopefully, in time, I will look better.
Schellea has made this so much fun! Give it a try! You will not regret it!

I love Schellea and her workouts. I started following her in August 2024. I do her workouts 6-7 days a week. I love that I can do them at home or when traveling. I recently got diagnosed with diabetes and noticed when I did the exercises that I managed to get my glucose down from a hyper 14,5 mmol to 8,8 mmol within 30 minutes....thank you
