From my very first conversation with Josh, I immediately understood I was dealing with true professionals. The entire team at F5 Accountants is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently up to speed. They’re reliable, clear, and factual, and they focus on making sure your tax is handled properly and efficiently. I’ve always felt taken seriously and looked after, regardless of my situation. Could not rate Justin and the team at F5 high enough. We had a terrible experience with our previous accountant, having to pay a huge amount in tax from a period where we lived overseas. The next tax year we were recommended the F5 team and at first glance Justin said our recent payment and returns didn’t look right, asking if he could investigate. He did and he was correct, we had been give really bad advice and all the money was returned. Justin was so lovely and it was such an unexpected outcome. The team are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. High recommend.

For the last few years I had been dealing with Jodie Blackmore and she was amazing in every way. So, when I was referred to Josh at F5 Accountants, it was with trepidation, as there were very big boots to fill. However, if Jodie gave me the option of looking after me again… I’d seriously have to setiously reconsider that possibility. That’s how good Josh is: patient, very competent, concise and process orientated. An absolute gem. I feel very lucky to have ‘inherited’ him.

Justin was very easy to talk to, he took the time to get to know me and my situation before giving me any advice. The advice I was given was fantastic, not only did he help me get more on my return than I could have ever imagined he also gave me some tax planning advice for my newly established business. I have referred all of my friends and family, I think everyone deserves an accountant with this level of professionalism.
