We contracted for a motor coach to transport wedding guests from the outskirts of Chicago into and back from the city. We had 40+ guests and no complaints. The bus arrived as scheduled, and provided the transportation as contracted. It was completely smooth. The staff helping with arrangements were very responsive and answered all my questions. No surprises and perfect service.

I left my phone on one of the buses at a wedding and they were SO helpful in helping me find it the next day!! 10/10 customer service. The bus driver was on her hands and knees with me trying to find out where it sifted through during the night. Excellent staff!

Very happy with the quick and reliable service from this company. Another company cancelled on us at the hour of our trip and looking for an alternative I called Chicago motor coach inc and they sent me a driver in less than 90 minutes (on a Sunday of all days.) Very happy that they were able to help us in this way.

We are an International Software company, I arranged a bus pick up from the Hotel downtown Chicago to the Ohare Airport for our foreign guests and employees, bus arrived on time at 2.30pm , it took 10-15 min for our people to board the bus. At this time the dispatcher by name Vinny calls me and yells at me saying that bus has to leave at 2.30pm ? Really? You don’t give a time for people to board? I tried to smooth the situation out and said that perhaps there was a miscommunication, he continued yelling , he was rude and obnoxious…OMG….This is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I am never going to do business with this Company again .

Very friendly and accommodating! We used 9 of their charters to transport our students from Prom to Navy Pier and they arrived on time and were very polite and patient. Thank you and we look forward to working with your company again!!

Rented a 24 pass bus for a staff outing.
AC did not function at all. Luckily it was "only" 82 degrees for the ~1 hr ride. Just disappointing a basic amenity isn't verified to work. Was way too hot in the bus.
Sent them an email regarding our issue, no response.
Didn't crash, die, or arrive late, thus 2 stars.

This was a great experience on our 3 day family road trip from MKE to MSP. Everyone we worked with at Chicago Motor Coach was friendly and supportive, the price was right and the service outstanding. Our driver, Bruce Petrie, was the best! The bus was clean and comfortable, accommodating a wide range of ages, special needs and comfort levels. Thanks for a great weekend!
