I love working out at F45! The coaches and Manager Katie are doing an amazing job with communication and really help with support and feedback. I’ve been a member for 3 years and credit F45 for helping me stay strong mentally and physically.

After 4 years this F45 Still my favorite place to workout, I have tried other places but nothing like f45

If you are curious to try a class, don’t hesitate a second longer. This is the place for you!!! Everyone is welcome here regardless of age, background, and experience!! I cannot say enough positive things about my husband and my experience at F45 Training Northeast Carmel. The coaches come alongside of you and meet you right where you are at. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first day exercising or you have been in a gym all of your life. Every movement can be modified to work for you and your body. The incredible owner, coaching staff, and community of members here set this gym apart. You will walk out feeling encouraged and inspired!

Love F45 - The coaches are awesome and so are the workouts! Love the mix of strength and cardio! The format accommodates all levels from beginner to advanced. I couldn’t do anything when I first came in but kept at it and it has paid off! Highly recommend!

I recently joined F45 Northeast and have been absolutely impressed with my experience so far. The facility is top-notch, with a wide range of workouts that caters to all fitness levels. The coaches are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. One of the standouts features of F45 is the variety of classes offered. The class schedules are flexible, making it easy to fit workouts into a busy lifestyle. One of the things I like the most is the sense of community. Overall, this studio has exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic place to achieve fitness goals and stay motivated.

i love LOVE everything about this gym. All the coaches are so sweet and supportive. I have never have had a bad experience or workout. Love coming to workout. OH and the music is GREAT! 10/10.

I absolutely love being part of this studio! The workouts are always varied, so they never feel repetitive or boring. Each session targets different muscle groups, which helps keep my body functional and strong. As someone who lives by their calendar, I really appreciate the app that automatically adds my workouts to my schedule—no excuses for skipping! Plus, the staff here is absolutely amazing!
