I recently joined F45 Northeast and have been absolutely impressed with my experience so far. The facility is top-notch, with a wide range of workouts that caters to all fitness levels. The coaches are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. One of the standouts features of F45 is the variety of classes offered. The class schedules are flexible, making it easy to fit workouts into a busy lifestyle. One of the things I like the most is the sense of community. Overall, this studio has exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic place to achieve fitness goals and stay motivated.

i love LOVE everything about this gym. All the coaches are so sweet and supportive. I have never have had a bad experience or workout. Love coming to workout. OH and the music is GREAT! 10/10.

I absolutely love being part of this studio! The workouts are always varied, so they never feel repetitive or boring. Each session targets different muscle groups, which helps keep my body functional and strong. As someone who lives by their calendar, I really appreciate the app that automatically adds my workouts to my schedule—no excuses for skipping! Plus, the staff here is absolutely amazing!

Best work out spot!! The coaches are so incredibly nice and encouraging. I miss it every time I go back to school because I’m in college but I always come back whenever I’m home.

Visiting from Texas, looking for a home gym when we relocate for the grandbabies. Awesome workout! Micah was great. Corrected my form when needed and pushed us all the way through. I love that they have heavier weights available and it’s not just set up for a beginner level. (But it definitely accomodates any level, even beginners) Highly recommend!

One of the largest F45’s I’ve ever been to, so I love the feel and space within Northeast Carmel. I’ve been able to take class as well as partner with the owners to give back to the community. Great coaching, and an even better team who encourages their members to work hard and pay it forward!

This F45 location is absolutely worth going, I have been to couple of different locations and can see how amazing this studio is being organized. Kudos to Micah for running an amazing place.
