F45 Northeast Carmel is such a wonderful place to workout! The gym owner, Micah, is so lovely, and her coaches are the best. Everyone in the F45 NE Carmel family is supportive, kind, caring and dedicated! Not to mention the workouts are top notch!

I have just joined, and I love it! The coaches are excellent; it's fast-paced and such a great workout!

This has been a perfect fit to get an overall workout and my flexibility back at 50. Before starting my lower back and shoulders were in pain from the desk and poor posture that takes a toll with complacency at this age. My joints, Posture and overall fitness is the best it has been in 20 years and the f45 system and northeast Carmel family are a big part of that. Thanks Northeast Carmel😊

Excellent gym and workout program. The facility is nice and more spacious than other F45s. The trainers are great and the environment is very friendly and encouraging.

Such an amazing studio. The coaches are wonderful and so are the members. There is no judgment and it makes a great atmosphere. The workouts are always different and the variety is great. The workout you get each class is wonderful and you will see the change over time and the change is beautiful to see. My favorite Coaches at F45 Northeast Carmel put the Fun in functional training classes.

Micah and her team of coaches have created a welcoming community of people who work hard and have fun. The coaches are motivating and so encouraging. The workouts are different every day and always challenging. There are several F45 studios close to our home, but the coaches and family community are why we are willing to drive further to this location. Micah frequently gives back to the community with special fundraising workouts (that always seem to be extra difficult 😂). What’s not to love? Highly recommend!

This gym is amazing!! All fitness levels are truly welcome so come and try it out. You’ll love every coach and member you interact with. It’s a team atmosphere and everyone will help motivate you to reach your goals. I love this place. :)

After many attempts at other routines at other gyms, I tried F45 Northeast Carmel in January and immediately fell in love. I have found my new home!!
