We got our wedding flowers here with Rizzo and we are extremely happy that we did! The flowers/arrangements were so beautiful! We got our centerpieces, sweetheart table, and "altar" set up/arch. I could not stop staring at these flowers, and we received many compliments about them. We had gone to several flower shops looking for a wedding florist and as soon as we went to le rouge and saw their shop and met Rizzo, we knew we found the perfect place. The process was very easy and Rizzo was very kind and accommodating even though we changed our minds a few times. Thank you Rizzo and to everyone at le rouge!

Despite the short notice, Mona masterfully recreated it on the same day. Her creativity was showcased when she skillfully spray-painted white flowers to achieve the perfect hues. Her professionalism and kindness were evident as she patiently arranged everything just the way I envisioned. What sets Mona and the shop apart is their willingness to go above and beyond. When the owner arrived, his approach was incredibly polite and supportive. He offered thoughtful advice on my bouquet design, ensuring it remained perfect for the occasion. Although he initially advised against adding a ribbon banner (as it might obscure the arrangement and is traditionally used for somber events), he respected my wishes and created a beautiful personalized ribbon, investing real time and care into it. This kind of dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. The shop is beautifully curated, with high-quality flowers and gifts that speak to their attention to detail and expertise in floristry. I can't recommend Mona and Le Rouge enough. They bring visions to life, offering exceptional service and genuine care for their customers. Helpful fleurist,otherwise, the experience was below my expectations. It was an adhoc pickup, so I was limited with the choice of fresh flowers available, they don’t have a lot of choices, at least not on display. The final wrapping was short of being professional. The fleurist was nice though and listened to my needs. You have to expect a high price tag as well. I would not go back if I have a choice for an adhoc pick up.

Surely, like many other brides, my 2020 wedding got cancelled because of C19. After eloping outside of the province on Oct 22, 2020, my husband and I decided - nearly 3 years later - to finally have an intimate wedding reception with our loved ones on Oct 8, 2023. So many things had changed (# of tables, no more bridal party, color theme, new budget, etc.) and Rizzo was great in supporting me figure out all the floral details for our celebration with all these new variables in mind. Some lucky guests got to leave with the floral arrangements at the end of the night and I'm happy to know that they brought joy in 11 households after serving their main purpose! ❤️
