Ok, these guys are seriously amazing. Adam at the front was friendly and so helpful! I was driving for work, Minneapolis to Chicago when the window on my Lexus literally fell down into the doorframe - at 80 miles an hour. I was shaken up, away from home, and in a Chicago winter. These guys saw me immediately, worked magic, and put the window back on the roller - they sent me on my way with a hot coffee and no bill. If you have a chance to choose a shop that actually cares about people, and the work that they do, choose these guys. Sincerely - One very grateful Sales Rep. ♥️♥️

My experience with EZ tech in the beginning was great! I had an issue with my vehicle and both Karra and Steve were great in assisting me with my estimate however, when I called in again recently they said she no longer works there and Andrei was not even close to being helpful. Someone who owns the company should really be more courteous and attentive towards the customers needs. I miss Karra 😞

The only person who you spoke to in our company was Karra who happens to be your girlfriend. I guess she holds a grudge against us for letting her go.
