Erik and I talked about a trip where he could teach me how to use a scope at the Sioux Falls Sportsman's Show. I booked for June at Lake Angostura. I sat upfront with him and the technology. We had a blast watching the fish react, and in many instances not react to our baits. We limited on walleyes and found a few slab crappies who were willing to cooperate. The guy knows the lake like the back of his hand. In two days we completely covered the lake's underwater structure and focused on submerged trees. I learned a lot about technology, the lake and multiple presentations. Erik is professional, courteous, and committed to getting you on the fish. Whether they bite is still up to the fish! Highly recommend from a solo educational trip to a leisurely family trip. Well done Erik!

Man this guy knows what he's doing!! I've fished the lake we went too many times and done ok, but dang he got the job done!!!he is very knowledgeable, very respectful, and a blast to fish with. He is a very patient with all the questions I asked, and worked great with the younger kid with us, I'm looking forward to future trips we book, I would highly recommend his services

I have fished with a lot of fishing guides but none as friendly and easy going as Easy E. The weather wasn’t cooperating but he still put us on a lot of fish. Fish types included rainbow trout, walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, rock bass, crappie, perch and bluegill. He’s the guy for fishing in the Rapid City area.

He was really knowledgeable about the lake and spots to hit to get us on fish! He was also very personable and easy to relate too. Would recommend using him as your guide!
