Has been a great experience for my practice and the large amount of verifications we require. Much better than in office or attempting to outsource to individuals as they always have it completed and the quality is good. It does take some training to get all the information you want correct but is great experience.

this company is by far the BEST company for insurance verificatons, we are a 4 provider office and busy monday-saturday and they are ALWAYS there for us with anything that we ask for and also same day verifications. The insurance breakdowns are very thorough and up to our office standards. They also have integrity which is difficult to find when it comes to a remote ins company.
