Your food was ok but the quantity was bad sometimes it's good or its really bad even the chicken donner is less also, your bread was very bad it was really hard and never fresh always when I order its never fresh very hard.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality and Inadequate Resolution – Order # 68798 Dear Uber Eats and Eyva Turkish Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order from Eyva Turkish placed via Uber Eats. As a long-standing and loyal customer who regularly orders from your restaurant, I was shocked by the unacceptable experience I had on this occasion. The order (totaling £36.76) arrived completely cold, with food that tasted stale and unappetizing — as if it had been sitting for a while or was a previous order that had been repackaged. Not only was this deeply disappointing, but it was also embarrassing, as I had guests over and we had to reheat the entire meal ourselves, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering freshly prepared takeaway. Despite providing detailed feedback and photographic evidence, the only resolution I was offered was a £9.19 refund. This is entirely unreasonable given the total order value and the level of inconvenience caused. Frankly, this gesture does not reflect the seriousness of the issue or the standards that loyal customers should expect from either Uber Eats or Eyva Turkish. I strongly urge you to reconsider this decision and issue a full refund for this order. This experience has not only undermined my confidence in Eyva Turkish’s food quality but also in Uber Eats’ ability to handle legitimate customer complaints fairly and appropriately. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved swiftly and amicably. Otherwise, I will have to reconsider using Uber Eats and Eyva Turkish in the future and will be compelled to share this experience through other channels. I look forward to your prompt response and an appropriate resolution.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent order. At Eyva Turkish, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our food, and we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, we must respectfully disagree with some of the assumptions made in your complaint. As your order was placed via Uber Eats, the responsibility for the delivery process including handling time and temperature control rests with them. Once the food leaves our premises, it is managed entirely by Uber Eats and their courier network. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery times, delays, or how long the food may sit with a driver while other deliveries are being made.

We take all complaints seriously. If the food truly left our kitchen in poor condition as you suggested we would have appreciated a direct call to the restaurant at the time of delivery. Instead, you contacted us three days later, which makes it difficult for us to assess the situation accurately or take immediate corrective action.

Should you choose to order directly from us in the future, we are confident that your experience will reflect the true standard of our food and service. Until then, we kindly advise that further concerns related to this order be directed to Uber Eats customer support.

One of the best Turkish restaurants in the area and the food is always decent. It's the go too place if you fancy Turkish food. They have increased their prices and the size of their portions seem to have gone the other way. That being said, the food is generally good. So why the 3 stars? Well, despite the restaurant experience and food being decent, they are terrible at takeout! If you must order takeout from here make sure you collect! When ordering a takeout for delivery, it arrives invariably late, food is cold (needs reheating) and items seem to get missed from orders (they are generally not too keen on rectifying their mistakes simply advising they’ll resolve on your next order). This is based off several delivery orders from them so now we will never order a delivery from them. Eat in or order for collection (check your order) to avoid disappointment Update May 2019: The quality of the food has gone downhill as has the portion size but prices have gone up. Chicken shish pieces are half the size they were before and the adana has shrunk too and invariably gets overcooked. No longer a place I would choose to go to, more of a last choice resort. This place is on the verge of getting two stars as recent takeaway orders have been terrible; rock hard bread, refried rice, burnt chicken

First visit last weekend. The food was pretty good, not the best we've had in the area but was ok. Service was ok too, friendly. We were sat on a really small table which meant we felt cramped, especially when the food started to arrive. Place wasn't exactly full so unsure why we were sat with 7 people on a table where on the other side of the restaurant, sat 3 people and 2 people.
