I was sent home by my regular high street optician for having unstable eyes ! After they were unable to provide me glasses I could see through after 3 attempts ! I dropped into Eyes on St Albans in desperation ! Jez and Kavita were amazing , very knowledgeable and patient ! I even picked a pair of frames I love in less than 10 minutes! Also I can see through them ! Totally recommend this place ! Have been a glasses wearer and hater for 40 years and for the first time I’m looking forward to wearing my glasses ! Thank you so much .

Jez and his team have changed my life completely!! I was so fed up of losing glasses and breaking them when having to take them on and off all the time when working, I only need them for reading and when on my phone and computer, I told Jez this and he recommended Occupational Lenses, I had never heard of these……WOW! I can now leave my glasses on permanently when I’m working in my printing unit, also the choice of frames available is unreal, stylish, sturdy and the case they cone with is amazing too. Can’t recommend Eyes on St. Albans enough!!

Wow! Just wow! I emailed Jez at Eyes on St Albans as I'd broken my glasses and he was so helpful and personable on email, so a few days later I popped in to his incredible shop. Such a brilliant, colourful, arty, chilled out space. It's worth a visit just for that! And Jez himself was absolutely lovely. Really helpful, chatty, professional and kind. We had a lovely chat about music and guitars (ask him about the collection in the shop!) and he figured out a clever fix for my totally busted glasses super quick and at a really reasonable price. It's the kinda place you just wanna hang out in, such a great vibe. If you need absolutely anything eyes-wise, definitely go and see Jez - he's a spectacle superstar!!!

Just picked up my sunglasses from Jez today. Absolutely gorgeous grey glass, even better than my Oakleys and I’ve been buying Oakleys for most of my life, both vision glasses and prescription sunglasses.
For individual glasses that you won’t find at high st opticians Jez is the man.

Jez is the man for individual style glasses. Great service and high quality frames and lenses. I struggled with varifocal glasses from the high st options. But Jez’s quality lenses are another level.
