My experience with extreme loans was seem less due to the hard work of one of there employees named Stavros. He took me from starting my loan to the finish line. He was always on top with anything with my loan. He has such energy and enthusiasm in his work ethic. I personally think he is a valued employee of extreme loans. The home loan in my opinion went through with no issues. I’m am sure he’s a valued employee. He should be promoted ASAP.
32 hours (16 Business hours) for a 380k mortgage pre-approval, started the process 8 hours after my credit union, at the recommendation of my realtor. Its friday 40 hours later my credit union might have a pre-approval by Monday or Tuesday. From the start until the day I closed was right around 30 days. Anthony Hanna, is your guy!

I worked through one-hundred days and three different brokers to receive a fair heloan offer. Extreme loans became a fourth option and I wish they were my first! They met my needs and closed my heloan in less then thirty days with a clear to close in ten days.
