Jacob and Kate were amazing! They were super accommodating and made the process from desk to the trail very easy! They even made sure to pack water for our ride. If you’re visiting or even live locally I highly recommend Extreme Arizona!

This was such an awesome experience! Aiden was super nice, we had the best two hours ever and even chanced upon a wild desert pig 🤣!! The machines were a magic carpet ride through the desert. My main worry was the 113 degree HEAT, but dipping in the river totally solved that!

Rented a jet ski during the week of 4th of July. We had an excellent time! The online reservation was easy to make. The directions to the location were descriptive and easy to follow. The staff was ready for us upon arrival and was friendly and helpful. He provided us sufficient training on how to navigate the equipment and the lake. The jet ski was in great condition and moved quite quickly! I was surprised about how much dry storage there was available on the machine. Overall, it was a great time and we would absolutely rent from them again! I would absolutely recommend if you are looking for a fun day at the lake.

Had an awesome experience with ATV UTV Extreme Arizona in Cave Creek. The whole staff was super chill, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. We ended up having a tire issue with our UTV during the ride, but they came out quickly, fixed the problem, and even swapped us into another side by side so we could keep enjoying our day. On top of that, they gave us extra ride time to make up for the inconvenience, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that takes care of its customers the way they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun day out, and I’ll definitely be back again!

The team at Extreme Arizona was friendly and easy to work with. They have the route setup with an excellent paper map and also a digital map through REVER. The half day rental is perfect for checking out the river and spending some time cooling off before the ride back.

Hi Josef, we're sorry to hear about the confusion. Our jet ski rentals are located directly at Bartlett Lake Marina, and our website includes a direct map pin to the marina location, along with the correct address displayed multiple times throughout the booking process and again before checkout. If the address you navigated to was our Cave Creek off-road location, you would notice it's nowhere near the lake and is only for our UTV rentals.

Since this review appears to be based on navigating to the wrong location rather than your actual rental experience, we would sincerely appreciate it if you would consider removing or updating it, as it doesn't accurately reflect our company or our jet ski operation.
