Excellent service from start to finish. We needed the top of our large beech hedge trimmed as it had become massively overgrown. Joss was very professional, getting in touch quickly, requesting photos of the work, and sending over a quote promptly. The price was very reasonable too. We were booked in quickly, and when Magnus arrived to cut the hedge he was brilliant; speedy, efficient, tidy, and very polite. He’s done an excellent job on the hedge. We’ll definitely be in touch again for any future work.

Excellent work by Joss and his team. Joss took the time to understand the scope of the work and made sensible suggestions within my budget. They sent in Magnus to deal with my overgrown and out of control garden and within a couple of visits it was looking brand new. Meticulously weeded and paths relaid with new gravel too. I look forward to having the back for regular maintenance. Really very nice people to deal with.

Have used Joss and JP services 3 times now - multiple patio cleaning and roof cleaning. On all occasions Joss has been exceptional in quality and service. He is friendly, personable, works hard and produces high quality. What continues to set him apart is ongoing communication throughout the job and after - an example being only sending payment once checking you are happy with everything and taking any feedback into account. Timely and efficient service thing 4 days over 3 weeks (2 days cleaning, 1 day re-sanding when dry and further day drain cleaning). We were always kept informed of progress and promptly scheduled the additional days.
