Joseph is very precise and professional and very quick I called. I need my siding fixed because it looked horrible. He came out and it looks like amazing. I highly recommend this company and Joseph. Van Howe street 1st photo after the 2nd photo was b4 very fairly priced

I recently had my 100 year old bungalow home roof replaced by Exterior. The estimate process was easy, Jordan and Larry explained all of my pricing options and materials. Was able to schedule the work quickly and the crew arrived on time. Communication with them was great, however my roof did unexpectedly take two days due to the slope of the roof and the shorter winter days. I had the garage done to match the house, everything looks great. Cleanup was quick and I’ve only found a few nails left behind. Overall great experience with them.

I got a roof installation a couple of months ago. Real easy to work with. They had great communication and worked with my insurance. Had reasonable pricing. Very quick install and clean up was amazing, not many nails. I highly recommend working with this company, for they care about there work and you.

They installed my new roof today and it looks fantastic. Our original day was Sunday this week, then I was texted last Friday saying they were behind on some projects so Tues would be the day. By Mon the foreman was so sick he has to go the ER so our day was switched to Wed morning. I knew when Larry stopped by Tues evening after 7 to pit a yard sign on the front lawn that it was really going to happen Wed. The roofers began arriving just after 645 a and by 730 the work was in full swing. By 1120 when my ride picked me up o saw the new roof on the front of the house and it looked great.
When I returned by 1245 p everyone had left and my house looked new.

Just had a new roof and gutters installed on our home and shed by Exterior Renovations. We had obtained 3 estimates before deciding on them for our project. We were very happy with their professionalism, their communication and overall attention to detail from beginning to end. Larry, Jordan and their crew could not have been more helpful and respectful of our property, clean up once the project was complete was extremely thorough. I had my residential roof replaced by exterior renovations and probably couldn’t be more satisfied. We had a leak start in the middle of the winter and Larry offered to repair it at no cost to hold us over until the spring when it could be replaced. He explained that it is not ideal to have a roof replaced in winter because the shingles don’t lay right and frankly the guys don’t like to work in the cold. That makes sense and within one day of signing the agreement Larry was on the roof in the cold repairing the flashing around our chimney and we were able to finish the winter leak free.
As soon as the weather changed we were one of the first customers on their list. We had them add insulation, vent two bathroom ceiling fans through the roof, replace a bunch of plywood (because it was rotted from not having adequate ventilation), replace a lot of trim and the flashing around the chimney, add proper ventilation and replace the shingles. Everything was completed within two days with pictures of the process. The roof looks great and the inside of the house feels even better( because of the ventilation and insulation). Larry was involved in every step of the process and even helped with the cleanup. The roofers worked hard and the office staff was amazing. Jordan, the office manager even stopped by our house to pickup the down payment check. Even the communication was good. I didn’t have any problems but if I did I could’ve gotten ahold of either Jordan or Larry at anytime and had the problem resolved. We already referred this company to friends and colleagues and will have no hesitation contacting them when it comes time to have more work done. Thank you exterior renovations for a good experience and a great looking roof with a very nice warranty!
