We recently finished a 2br,1bath 2nd floor extension and we're extremely happy with the results. Jack and the team kept the project running smoothly and we were always well informed with the progress of tradie schedules. The end result is just what we wanted to expand our home. Jack even helped us with another plumbing job well after the project was complete. I'd definitely recommend the friendly crew at Extensions Unlimited if you're after a home extension.

Recently completed a ground floor extension with Extensions Unlimited and I am pleased to say it was an excellent experience overall. Our designer, Ted, was patient and took the time to understand our needs and vision. Once we got to construction, our PM Nick did everything he could to make the experience as comfortable as possible, especially since we were living in the front! Shout out to Ritchie, Travel and PJ for their efforts - they treated the house as if were their own. If you're looking to do an extension, cannot recommend Extensions Unlimited highly enough!

We engaged Unlimited Extensions for the addition of a storey to our ground floor house. We were advised by other builders that as the property is at the rear of the two villa plot, it is not feasible for extension. But Unlimited Extensions made it happen. We are super impressed by the quality of workmanship, the seamless management of the project, delivery ahead of schedule and the engagement by the team. Spiro, Jack and their team have done a commendable job. Highly recommended.

We recently consulted Extensions Unlimited for a renovation on our home. Their initial consult stage went above and beyond to meet at our property and sat with us for over an hour discussing all the options we had and what their model was for renovations. We were very happy with our consult and proceeded to the next step which was very thorough and allowed us to see our dream renovation come to life in plans/3D viewings. The team at Extensions Unlimited were great and answered every question we had (and we had plenty). Barry was absolutely amazing and designed for us exactly what we were looking for and was able to get our renovation to fall perfectly in our budget amount! Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances we were unable to proceed with the renovation, however we HIGHLY recommend Barry and the team at Extensions Unlimited – we will be recommending them to all friends and family and keep them as our #1 call once we are ready to take that next step!

We recently had our house extension (3 rooms on ground floor) completed by Extension Unlimited. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Nick was professional, reliable, and very responsive to requests and clarifications. Nick and his team were very understanding and offered great suggestions and delivered high quality. Ritchie's workmanship has been excellent and the attention to detail really shows. The team kept disruption to a minimum, which made a big difference with a family still living in the house. We are very happy with the new build and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a home extension.

Our experience with Extension Unlimited is exceptional to say the less. The team is very professional, listen to our needs, explain every step-in details and given us a great comfort and fabulous results. • Starting from the reception who explained each step of the process. • Ted, the designer was very patience listening to our needs and requirements and came up with a great design. Making a few changes was not a big deal to him. • Penny who finalized the contract, permit application etc was great to work with. She explained every step thoroughly and gave us lots of comfort. • Ritchie and Travis – great team of carpenter who are always happy to come to work, did a great job and always clean and tidy up. Always explained in detail when we had any questions. A joy to work with. • The contractors of electrician, plumber, plaster, roof plumber and tiler engaged by Extension Unlimited are efficient and professional. • Nick our project manager – I had worked with a few sites managers in the past on various projects, but none can compare to Nick. His biggest interest is on client’s satisfaction and achieving excellent results. He kept us always informed on job schedule. The response time on phone calls and messages was always so quick and precious. He is a great leader of the team. • I strongly recommend Extension Unlimited to anyone.

I highly recommend Extensions Unlimited if you are looking to give your home a new lease on life and expand it to meet your family needs. Our extension was a complicated one, and completely transformed both the look and the functionality of our home. It is now a place we are proud to call our home! The EU staff and recommended contractors were amazing. Ted worked with us tirelessly to fine tune the design to meet our budget, whilst providing the "WOW". Emilio (our project manager) was a pleasure to work with and always had a solution for those head scratching moments. EU are a one stop shop having all experts under the one roof, which saved us both time and money.

The entire process from the initial enquiry with Sandy, design stage with Ted and construction phase with Nick was easy yet clear and detailed. We couldn't speak highly enough of Nick and his construction team. They are fantastic people, reliable and trustworthy. Jackson and Nicko were fantastic. Throughout the build we were consistently updated by Nick on what was happening and when. If there was a change in schedule it was communicated promptly and we always knew what was happening and when. 5 stars to all of the team at Extensions Unlimited.

We have had a wonderful experience with this company, starting with Spiro, and through out the entire build with the amazing team of Brett and his Team ( special mention to Jack). They always kept our comfort and safety in mind the whole time, even our fur babies and grown up kids were always kept comfortable and safe throughout the whole building period. We undertook a huge job with this company and essentially rebuilt our whole home and the final product is a fantastic custom home exactly as we imagined it. We had a great experience with extensions unlimited. We used them, as friends in Hampton and Cheltenham had found them good to work with for their projects, and it was the same for us. We added on a floor upstairs (2 beds, bathroom, rumpus) and moved some walls downstairs. The job was completed on time (about 6m all in), the quality was good, and Brett (the project manager) and the rest of the team were good to deal with. When we hit any issues, we talked through the options together and worked out a plan. And they helped rescue our cat when it got stuck in the sub floor.

Huge thanks to the Extensions Unlimited Team for executing a fantastic job on our upstairs extension. We started with Ted and Penny in the design phase who were extremely patient, listened to our needs and were willing to work through several iterations of design until we settled on something we were happy with. Once the job commenced we were so pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and respectful all the teams were in working around us while we continued to live on site. Led so well by Project Manager Emilio from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble for the guys and their attention to detail was evident. Huge thanks to Emilio, Lachie, PJ, Shane, Riley and all the extended team for their efforts. We were particularly impressed when half way through the build the whole Extensions Unlimited Team including the Directors and Office staff met onsite to inspect the progress of the project. Our designer Barry listened to the issues we had with our house and created a plan for us which transformed our small dark cottage into a modern, light and spacious home. Nick our project manager was amazing. He made the whole process for us as easy and stress free as possible. He kept us informed as to the building schedule and organised everything regarding the build. He ensured all work was completed to the highest standard and that deadlines were met.
