Mark did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem, which involved a loose and broken cap over our clean-out. It was leaking bad odours into our basement and throughout the rest of our house (through the vent system). The repair/replacement was carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner, and Mark was courteous, informative and professional throughout. After being ripped off by three previous plumbers unable to identify the problem, it was a welcome relief!

I contacted ExpressRooter to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. The appointment to have a plumber out was arranged with very little wait time after the initial call. Mark (absolutely fabulous) arrived at the designated time and proceeded to deal with the issue in an efficient and professional manner. He provided product advice to limit the possibility of the issue recurring and a future procedure to ensure that the main kitchen line was functioning as it should be. I was referred to them by another repair man for a basement leak. Charles came on time. He was professional and polite although he kept calling his boss to ask. He recommended some silicon at the wall of the kitchen basin as there was nothing wrong with the pipes. He called his boss then quoted $250 for that which I thought was insane. He didn’t even have a silicon gun to use and wanted to use mine. He also quoted $350 to change a leaky faucet. They maybe good in what they do but they are incredibly expensive. I declined their quotes but paid $175 plus tax and tip for their ‘diagnostic fees’.

As always, the technicians at ExpressRouter Plumbing are exceptionally knowledgeable. With the aid of the live cam, the technician went over every section of sewer pipe under our house and pointed out all problem areas. This will be an expensive fix as it will involve opening up the basement bathroom floor to replace sections of degraded sewage pipe. I will have complete confidence in the options given to me as solutions to the current problem.

The company gave me a no-cost quote and explained what needed to be done and ways to limit cost. I got the specific parts I needed for the shower faucet (valve with cartridge and cover plate along with a an elbow to feed the shower head). This way I didn't have to buy a complete shower faucet kit. They were also able to use the existing holes (enlarging one) without the extra work and cost involved with tiling. All in all an efficient, best cost scenario for my Mom who is happy with the outcome.

Tony came by to give a FREE quote which was reasonable. He directed me on the parts I needed to reconfigure my shower faucet. Once selected, he showed up on time and was able to complete the project within a couple of hours WITHOUT requiring me to replace the tile. My mom is extremely happy with the outcome.

Our toilet in basement was leaking by the base of the toilet bowl and did what he had to do, filled the flanged, fixed the problem and no more leak after. He cleaned up the washroom as well after his job was done. We were very satisfied. I called them for an under floor blocked sewer pipe that ran under my living room floor. With a camera they identified a treeroot was the culprit and exactly where it was, minimizing the damage needed to be made in order to rectify.
