They were all very kind, very forward with pricing and patience with the back and forward while doing the proofs. The options are endless and really work with you to get everything just the way you want it to look. I had a wonderful experience with Express Monument. Losing a loved one is never easy and choosing a headstone to honor my brother was something very personal and meaningful to our family. Jake and the entire team was patient, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, especially when it came to the custom design and all the little details that were important to us.
I'm especially grateful that they were able to have the headstone completed and delivered to the cemetery in time for installation before my brother's birthday. That meant more to our family than words can express.
The headstone turned out beautifully and I truly appreciate the care and attention they put into creating something so special to honor my brother's memory. Thank you, Express Monument, for helping us create a beautiful and lasting tribute to someone we love and miss so much.

This company was very personable. They were not pushy in the least bit. They have reasonable pricing and they never steered away from the original quote. They were very communicative every step of the way and answered all my questions or concerns so gracefully. I worked mainly with Jake and he certainly is awesome!

Express Monument was fantastic to work with. Very competent and professional. I had 2 headstones made, each with a pictorial that my brother designed of the view from our family beach house and the designers of Express Monument captured it perfectly. My husband and I have 2 burial plots that also contained room for an urn in each plot. I interned my parents, so the 2 headstones contained not only my parental information, but also mine and my husband's including a picture of our sweet dog that had just died when I was having the headstone made. I highly recommend Express Monument.
Express Monument is a great company. They did beautiful work in making our family member's headstone. And, they completed the work in just a couple of weeks. Highly recommend them.
I waited about 2 years before I finally ordered my friend's grave marker. Office staff sent me the information I requested and was very patient with me in my selection. I was thrilled with the final product. Beautiful craftsmanship.
Jake was kind and professional. Kept me informed on the process and timeline . Their designer/ layout gal (Alicia) was patient with me above and beyond.
