I recently worked with Express Monument Company to create a grave marker for my parents, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and professionalism they provided throughout the entire process.
Beginning with Karyn, everyone at Express Monument was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Alicia patiently and quickly created multiple versions of our proof until everything was exactly right. Ana reached out to the cemetery to get our design approved, and when they denied our design, Jake quickly stepped in to help. Express Monument immediately refunded the price difference and worked with me to create a new design that met the cemetery's requirements while still reflecting a meaningful tribute to my mom and dad.
They also handled all the coordination with the cemetery, which was an enormous relief during an already emotional time. The final marker turned out beautifully and was delivered to the cemetery exactly as promised.

WONDERFUL experience. The team was super responsive and patient AND they were very helpful walking me through what to expect with Forest Lawn (my mom's final resting place). I got pricing from one other company and Forest Lawn. Both had very agressive sales and their prices were higher. I came to express monument since the cemetery my dad is was not helpful with my dad’s stone. So I canceled my contract with them. Let me tell you express monument team went above and beyond. Karyn was the first person I spoke to she is a sweetheart, and knowledgeable. Jake was amazing as well kept me informed through out the process. When my brother passed, it was such a hard time for our family. On top of processing the news, we still had to handle all the arrangements.
