I went in for weight loss shots and they gave me a defective pen. Not knowing this (as I’ve been on semaglutide for over two years) I called to see how we could rectify the situation. Instead of being understanding, they said it was my responsibility to make sure the pen was filled correctly, even though it was a defective pen without my knowledge. I would NOT go here. They’re cheap for a reason.

This is why we have clients sign the acknowledgement statement when they take any injection home, opposed to having it administered in clinic. We cannot be responsible for what happens when something leaves the clinic.
I'm not too sure that this place is honest about the dosage of its weight lost medications. I'm almost certain that they are diluting them. No consistent appetite decrease or medication side affects. My primary doctor confirmed that places that offer these types of services have been known to do this and I believe them. This is my personal opinion as a previous patient.
Reply: my meds were never drawn up in front of me. That's a complete lie! The NP comes into the room with prefilled syringe. My initial injections were 2 separate injections that included ozempic and vitamin B 12. Next thing you know it was 1 injection. As my dose increased, side affects decreased to nothing. Felt like I was getting nothing. Don't get mad at me because this clinic lacks ethical and moral obligation to its patients!

If you don’t trust a place do not come! Meds are drawn in front of the patient from the vial. What you’re saying is slander and libelous, zero merit.
If I were a primary care losing patients bc I’m not able to offer it to you at a price you can afford, I’d also say anything about the the guys stealing my Business!

Berkley Urgent Care is top-notch! I've had the pleasure of being treated here multiple times, and the care is always exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. I've even referred my entire family here, and we couldn't be more grateful.
