If you want a computer, and help that has a real person behind the purchase, a place that cares, takes pride in their work, go no further. The real test of a business, is not when everything goes right, its when it doesn't. After 15 years with not one problem, the computer handed back to us at 3pm Friday, was plugged in at home, didn't work. Hard drive was scrambled. Returned it immediately. Nick not only worked on it until 6pm, he took it home, and spent his evening continuing to fix it. Then delivered it to us. WOW! That kind of service, pride in their work, making sure it got done, and done right.......I have bought and brought my computers to them for a long time, and have no need to ever go elsewhere.

I recently changed my WiFi network and was having a very frustrating time connecting my printer and nest doorbell. I am not great with technology. I followed instructions, entered my new WiFi credentials and still could not connect - on the phone with support spending many hours. Called geek squad - no one could come to service. After many weeks without either l was determined to try to find someone to help me. In my immediate search, I called IT solutions, explained what had been going on & I just needed someone to help me on site. Within an hour, I had a tech at my home and was connected in less than 20 minutes. Very professional/courteous. Highly recommend & will use them again!

A new Wi-Fi network that won't talk to the printer or the doorbell is genuinely maddening, and after the weeks you'd already spent on it we're so glad we could get a tech to your home within the hour and have everything connected in twenty minutes.
