After an overwhelming year, this was such a relief. I can honestly say that I've never had a more positive experience dealing with a collection agency. Christine was extremely helpful and didn't make me feel like I was scum just because my account was in collections. She was truly a gem and wonderful to deal with.
Every experience I’ve had with them has been great. I’ve been on the side where I owe money and they have been helpful, kind and understanding. I’ve also been on the side trying to collect money and they were helpful, kind and understanding as well. If you are needing to collect money, these guys are definitely the best!

Had Medicare drop the ball with a billing issue and got left holding the bag. Kayla was patient and helpful while I worked with Medicare to try to resolve it, unfortunately unsuccessfully. After that Kayla helped to set up a reasonable payment plan and walked me through the process. Not happy to be in collections, but if I had to be, this was painless as possible.

Worked with Kayla on an account that went sideways following my divorce. She did phenomenally working with me and my situation, even when I forgot to call back, she didn’t become overbearing and was completely calm and sweet the whole time. Having financial problems is not fun to begin with so having someone who felt human was really superb.

Nathaniel, your situation is very common. Several consumers are weary when they receive calls from someone they don't know. When you get a call from a collection agency, have them verify their name, address, phone, and the client they are representing. You can also ask for the original creditors information and if you are in doubt, reach out to them to verify the account has been placed for collection. In the end, most agencies, like ours, are here to help because mistakes happen. Regardless, I'm glad Haley was able to help you and give you a positive experience!
