A little pricey $40 a carton & add Express shipping on top. Not the fastest delivery Purolator. I waited over a week. And these are brown long filters not white

We’ve actually built up a reputation of being one of the more affordable and reliable companies in the industry.
Before shipping every order, we check which courier will deliver faster and we use that one. So if purolator took a while, then the other couriers would have taken longer to deliver to you.
We also ship out orders same day or next day so when there is a delay in shipping, it’s due to the couriers service, not us.
As for the filter tips. Most full flavoured smokes have brown filter tips. The light flavours have white filter tips. As shown in the picture attached, you purchased the full flavoured smokes, so the tips are supposed to been
