I was having trouble with my garage door opening. I had changed the remote batteries and it still was not opening. There is no outside access to the garage since it is a condo. I needed to get my daughter to school and had to get to work so it was fairly early. I explained this to Carlos. They answered as early as 7:30am and were there in less than 20 minutes. They did a quick evaluation and determined how they could fix the problem. Found out it was a simple power issue located inside the laundry room. Although his team was not needed they arrived very quickly to help fix the garage and assessed the situation in a timely manner. They were very nice and arrived with all the tools they would need had it needed to be fixed. They explained how they could have fixed it if it hadn’t been a power issue and it was easy to understand. Thank you Carlos. If there is ever a future issue I would be a returning customer.
