professionalism and service that we received from the Batterbee Roofing Team, Jason, Ivan and his crew. The Supervisor was always present and promptly answered any questions about what we may have had regarding our roof replacement. From day 1 of the 2 day process the crew came and entirely blanketed our home for safety and removed the entire roof and prepped the entire approximate 5000 sq ft surface for shingles installation the next day which was completed in about 5 hours or less and the entire property cleared of all debris as if they were never there. Honestly, I don't believe we could have found a better roofing company. From their presentation, covering on the doors and windows with netting to prevent damage, removing the old roof, fixing areas that the original builder didn't take care of and put it on a beautiful new roof with a lifetime warranty. Stay in touch from beginning to end, keeping us informed. And outstanding roofing company. They replaced my solar attic fan and changed the glass top to my light tube in the master shower.

Loved the whole team.
We had unexplained leaks in the kitchen & called Batterbee based on their online reputation.
Sam was great on the initial visit - explained all the potential reasons for this pattern of leaks. He was unable to look under the roof to see what the problem was (too much spray foam insulation), so he just went to the roof directly.
He found several areas where things have been bolted on, lightning rods and solar panels mostly, and it looked like they needed the waterproof coating so the rainwater wouldn't get in. Whatever coating had been there was no longer there. There were also a few nails that managed to pop out with the contracting and expanding of the roof over the years and our solar tube needed attention… Actually it needed replacing.
We scheduled a time for Chris to come out and take care of all of that for us, including a new solar tube, but the appointment had to be rescheduled because I had emergency surgery. (I was trying to get a garage door replaced at about the same time and the process of working the schedule was infinitely better for the roof.)
Chris did a great job. Quick, and very respectful of the home (tube is installed from inside).
10/10 highly recommend.
