I hired them to move stuff in my 4 bedroom house. The owner came and inspected the things that need to be moved and suggested the truck size. But the two movers struggled to fit items that were shown to them beforehand. They kept deflecting responsibility.
After the move I noticed that the fridge was scratched. They gave me $50 for that. There were damages to the staircase balustrades and scratches on a cot that we noticed several days later. We should have complained but I didn'tbother because of various other priorities. A couple of days ago we noticed that the coffee table was broken because of the excessive weight put on it. As this is a big damage I decided to inform them. Their response was they won't take responsibility as it was not informed within 24 hours. Anyone has moved houses would know 24 hours is a very short time when moving houses. Overall, very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Update
After seeing the above review a company representative called me and offered $100 for the damages, on condition that I remove my review. I refused it as it was no way near enough to repair nor replace the table. I don't think it would have been any different even if I reported within 24 hours.

This is why we request all customers to inform us of any issues within 24 hours, so we can inspect the situation fairly and assist accordingly.
We have carefully reviewed your case with our team, and based on the information and timeline provided, we are unable to take responsibility for damages reported after such a long period. We had our move last Thursday. The experience was okay overall — the older mover was attentive and listened well, but the younger apprentice seemed careless with our belongings. Some items were dropped or placed roughly, and bed frames were left in the middle of the rooms even after I requested for them to be stacked against the wall, making it hard to move around.
Unfortunately, our newly installed render and metal frame were chipped by the front door. I’ve shared photos with the company and requested compensation for the damages.
The booking process was also confusing. I was told it was based on an hourly rate, but there were hidden charges that weren’t mentioned until after confirming the booking — extra costs for stairs, special items, and multiple trips. Despite providing a detailed list for our 4-bedroom house, the truck sent was too small, resulting in three trips and higher fees.
We’ve had several moving experiences before, but this was one of the least organized. I still appreciate that moving is hard work, but I hope the company improves transparency, communication, and the care given to clients’ belongings.

On shirt notice after another courier pulled out I rang expert services within an hour a time slot was booked and the staff turned up. Guys were nice and friendly and moved my table to the new location. Thanks guys you were fantastic and wouldn’t hesitate to call again
