We acknowledge that there were some issues during the installation process, including a small number of installation errors on our part. Once these were identified, they were rectified as quickly as possible, and we remained in regular contact throughout to provide updates and work towards a resolution.

A number of the delays and challenges experienced during the project were unfortunately outside of our control and involved external factors that impacted the overall timeline. While we understand this was frustrating, we continued to advocate on your behalf to achieve the best possible outcome.

We’re pleased that the system was ultimately fully operational and functioning as intended. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will continue to review our processes to improve our customers’ experience.
