Ryan and his team are always my go to for any mortgage or remortgage. Recently completed a remortgage which became extensive due to legal issues. Lorraine at the team was extremely helpful to get this over the line. They have great expertise, contacts and know how to make things happen. Recommend anyone to use them. Ryan and the team were excellent throughout my whole recent remortgaging of a UK BTL flat for me, an expat in Australia. They had a comprehensive view of the market and were tenacious in finding the right deal for me with my bespoke circumstances. The admin team (I dealt with Sophie and Lorraine) were always prompt, efficient, clear and transparent about exactly what was needed, why and when. This made the task of getting all the paperwork much easier and I really appreciated that. Communications were excellent, both in keeping me informed and also replying promptly to all the questions I had. Timeline for me was 4 months from first enquiry to funds clearing. I had been warned / had researched for myself it could easily be 6 months plus so I'm very happy with that. Thoroughly recommend.

We recently completed on a buy-to-let HMO purchase with the help of Ryan and his team at Expat Mortgages, and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Ryan gave us excellent advice, patiently guiding us while we weighed up whether to buy as individuals or through a company. He clearly explained our mortgage options and even pointed us towards tax professionals who helped us make the right decision. Lorraine was fantastic in chasing down the lender and supporting us in finding solicitors and an insurance provider, while Sophie also provided great support along the way.
