The place is clean and organized. The room is a little smaller than my other escape room experiences. Reservation is easy and staff are nice and helpful. Would be nice if there's lockers for our stuff. Overall, it was fun and mind boggling.

These were not fun in my opinion… no creative clues: so many buttons to push. I’ve done tons of escape rooms and these were some of the worst ive been to. there was no real story to the rooms and the clues didnt make sense. plus SO EXPENSIVE we had a huge group and they did not offer a large group discount or a discount for us doing two rooms back to back. needless to say.. it was disappointing.

My Sugar and I came here for a great afternoon date before heading out to dinner. We chose The Wandmaker’s Curse escape room as I’m a huge Harry Potter fan (it definitely has a magic/Wizarding World vibe). I loved that this was a private room for 2 (instead of figuring out clues with 8 other strangers). It was fun, challenging, and this place is really clean! As a teacher, I received the community hero discount ($10 off our ticket price) which was a great bonus! I plan on purchasing gift cards for the kids in my family. We had a blast!

Love this place, most definitely will try again (with less clues……….hopefully 😂).

I know my kids have gone to these over the years but this was the first time I stayed and played. I have to say it was fun. Afterwards in replaying the event with them, they said this was one of the better ones.

Very well thought out and designed escape rooms. My son is obsessed with escape rooms and Exit 4 Katy is one of the best ones we’ve tried. We have done two rooms so far and will be back for the rest over the summer!

We hosted our teenage son’s birthday party at this venue. Very nice, clean facility with great hospitality. They provide a party room as well, which is a great venue for up to 15-20 kids. Would definitely recommend visiting this place .

The staff was super friendly and the escape rooms were very creative.

Very disappointed. We have done many escape rooms and this was very underwhelming. I'm writing this as we drive away. Instead of being excited I'm typing this review. There were hardly any puzzles and they were not very interactive and we finished with 25 minutes left. Very very basic experience.

Family and I did the jersey devil room and escaped. Very fun and challenging. Loved the detail in the room and how clean it was. Staff was very helpful in making our visit feel welcomed and fun. Will be coming back to escape all the other rooms.

The place I went inside of is amazing I didn’t get to really stay. I saw the place and I left after because I had other plans for the day but the owner was really amazing and nice. They gave me a little QR code keychain. I still have it in my keys I’m definitely, going to visit again but I actually play this time inside is so clean and looked amazing and the customer service was fabulous

My girlfriends and I started my birthday celebration by participating in Exit 4 Private Escape Rooms. Although, we were able to escape we realized that we're not taking each other any place where we have to escape. We totally enjoyed the experience and would go back again.
