Have had M1S since 2023, great machine. Had a controller problem, phoned exel and was talked through various stages of fault diagnosis by Mark Hepworth. Sent me a data final then talked me through recovering settings. Machine sorted and back in action. Can't praise them enough. That's what you call customer service. Thank you.

Having used an Exel A1S CNC router for the last 4 years, I can honestly say that the product and customer service has been great from the start. The CNC works perfectly, I received training from Mark as I had never operated a CNC before. The after sales service is great, questions are answered very quickly with great support for updates, if ever required.

We recently purchased a M1A CNC Router from Exel CNC. When we decided we needed a CNC Router we weren’t sure what spec so we visited the showroom and looked at the options and received excellent advice from Mark which allowed us to select the machine specification for our needs. The price was good and the delivery, installation and training have been excellent. We are really impressed with the machine and already it is adding real value to our business. The after care service from Exel has been brilliant with lots of information on tools to buy etc. We highly recommend and would definitely use Exel CNC again. I bought a M1S series with custom sized bed. It’s an excellent piece of kit, very well made and so far it hasn’t missed a bit! But mainly my review is directed to the post sale assistance which has been awesome. They won’t simply install the kit and walk away, they will assist you afterwards all the way until you are fully sorted. Thanks to Nark and his team.

Our Exel CNC Router has been in almost constant use for the last three years. In which time it has delivered a consistent and reliable performance on a daily basis. This versatile, little machine has proven itself to be a real “Hero” in our machine shop. The after sales service provided by Mark has been excellent. Even though the odds have sometimes been stacked against him. He has always done his upmost to help us out. On the whole I would thoroughly recommend a machine tool purchase from Exel CNC.

My experience with mark and excel cnc has been second to none from start to finish. He has advised me from day one with nothing too much trouble. He has given me lessons and is always on the end of the phone, I cant recommend him highly enough. I am not technical when it comes to computers I'm below average however I'm making signs in just one week. The machines quality is outstanding. After wanting one of these all my life I am so pleased with my investment and so pleased I found this company.
