I always look forward to my appointment & feel my health is in good hands, given the thorough evaluation & testing regime John applies. I can not recommend the team at Executive Medicine more highly. Twelve months ago, at the age of 45 and weighing 125kg, I visited Executive Medicine for my first annual health check, prompted by a close friend who noticed my unhealthy weight and poor lifestyle choices. That initial checkup revealed very high blood pressure and concerning blood test results. Over the past year, Tim and Dr. Cummins guided me on diet, exercise, and longevity with remarkable expertise. The results have been life-changing! I now weigh 100kg, my blood pressure and blood test results are normal, and I feel more focused and fantastic overall. Just a very good experience from start to finish, the Dr's were first class, and had the right level of tech for the services they provide, a one stop shop for a full check up. In my case, the Dr John was able to help identify a slight heart issue, which ultimately led to a diagnosis of 3 blocked arteries by a cardiologist, one at 100%, so probably saved my life, as I had no symptoms! Highly recommended.

I’ve been a yearly visitor to Dr Cummins for a full medical for over 10 years both pre and post retirement. A fantastic experience and very beneficial to track the progress of my health each year I visit. Dr Cummins and the team give excellent preventative advice on any areas of weakness or concern.
