We recently went out of state and a snowstorm caused our flight to be cancelled. We rescheduled as soon as we could two days after our original flight. More weather delays made us miss our connecting flight to home. Carol and her crew were there through it all. They kept in communication with us and despite a middle of the night return, they were there when all we wanted was to get back home. Thank you!
