Luis, Oscar, and the crew did a fantastic job at water remediation in my house. Their professionalism is superb and I really appreciated how personable they were. They very patiently talked me through the process of water remediation, provided insights into the end to end process, and gave me great advice on how to navigate the extremely murky and depressing path of recovering from water damaged house and belongings. They went above and beyond, which made a huge difference in my life when my family has to deal with this tragedy.

Exceptional restoration did a great job. They help me understand what I’m entitled to through my insurance. They came in and dried out all the water remove the flooring and the panels and reconstructed my basement and now I have a brand new basement and I love it and they’re so friendly and knowledgeable. What really stood out was his honesty—rather than pushing unnecessary repairs, Dan let us know that the issue could be mitigated on our own by using dehumidifiers and keeping the window areas clean. He walked us through exactly where the buildup was happening and gave us practical tips to manage it ourselves. It's rare to come across an honest company that is not money hungry. A truly great company! They are effective, efficient, thorough, kind, reliable, careful about safety and high value for the price. The crew did wonderful work helping me deal with mold remediation and treatment and removal of a packed attic so I could sort through things safely. I would hire them again anytime. I don't usually do reviews, but I wanted to in their case because they are excellent and that is hard to find these days. I recommend them highly. They also helped me locate other contractors for other tasks. All the contractors they recommended were A+ just like Exceptional Restoration Services!

I had a wonderful experience. I was just flying back from a trip that night when I got a call from neighbors around 10pm my pipes bursted. I got in around midnight called around and found restoration on a google search . They came within about 10 hours and even worked thru some of the weekend. They gave me peace of mind since I had to leave for work Monday and would be gone while they were working . They did an excellent job.

I do not often give five stars to a service provider, however, in this case it was easy to do. Exceptional restoration services is exceptional. We had a flooded basement and called three separate entities to come and rescue us. Two of them were unable to even commit to a time that they could come and give us an estimate as to how to deal with the situation. Lillian and Oscar of exceptional restoration services were there within 45 minutes and were pumping the water out of our basement within an hour. From that day forward they were on site and completely committed to making things right. I could not be more pleased.
