Extremely pleased with my first visit with Dr. Pan. First, the receptionist was very kind and booked me in for a visit on short notice. I have been dealing with a dental issue for almost a year and Dr. Pan took the time to listen to what my concerns are and tried to remedy the issue using a non-invasive approach. I found Dr. Pan to be very sensitive to my pain and ensured she communicated this to her team when working on my teeth. Dr. Pan took the time to educate me and also entertain any questions I had. I am very comfortable with the plan she laid out and am looking forward to our next visit.

Dr. Pan has been wonderful with my daughter. She is quite nervous about going to the dentist, especially when it comes to having a cavity filled. We’ve tried a few different dentists, but after our recent consultation with Dr. Pan, we felt much more at ease. Dr. Pan was kind, calm, and very patient. She took the time to speak gently with my daughter and explain things in a way that helped reduce her anxiety. That compassionate approach made a big difference for us. We’ve decided to move forward and book the appointment to have my daughter’s cavity filled using laser technology, which we’re hopeful will make the experience even more comfortable for her. I will be happy to leave another review after that appointment. Thank you, Dr. Pan, for helping make what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable.
