I came to this urgent care for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was very nice, I was seen within 5 minutes, and was out within 45 minutes. Very professional, I would recommend! ⭐️

The P.A. was wonderful. However -After checking in, I was told “it won’t be long”, so instead of waiting in my car where it would be more comfortable, I waited in the waiting room for 90 minutes! If I knew it would be that long I would have opted to wait outside and receive a call when ready. Also, there was no soap or towels or hand dryer in the restroom. When I did receive medical care from the staff it was timely, kind and thorough.

Excel has really went down the hill since Pat and Susie left. I will not be returning to this office. It’s a joke poor customer service.

Going to my appointment I was treated very poorly by the lady at the front desk Stacy. She is very rude when talking to people as soon patients enter the building. People come there for CARE not aggravation and stress from someone who doesn’t care!
