I am a very satisfied customer. I did in the past try other companies but found it difficult, and believe me I tried hard ! to find an organisation or an individual that offered reliable attendance or cleaning to a high enough standard. With MaidForYou I can 100% say with conviction that the cleaners that attend always leave my home very clean. I am amazed at what they can achieve in limited time. They are the ultimate professionals and I have found them to be reliable in their attendance and work ethic. There really is no point looking anywhere else. These are the go to guys for a professional and reliable cleaning service.
I’ve used MaidForYou several times and highly recommend their service. Every time they have sent I have been very happy with. They aim to please and deliver an outstanding result.

I am very impressed with this business. I have used them for the last 5 years and they always do I fantastic job, leaving everything spotless and brand new. Thank you so much Maya and Tseti for all your efforts and hard-work it is much appreciated. highly recommend to anyone else
Great end-of-lease cleaning service! They did a fantastic job and left the house spotless. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaner.
Very disappointing experience. I booked a clean after our house had been renovated, before moving in with our newborn. The house was empty, and I specifically requested that all surfaces, including the walls, skirting boards and picture rails, be wiped down to remove renovation dust. As the floors had just been revarnished, I also made it clear that no cleaning products should be used on them and no water should be left sitting on the floor.
When we moved in, there was still dust on the picture rails, skirting boards and several doors. We also found water damage on the floor, which we suspect was caused by water pooling during the clean and not being wiped up.
Communication has been very difficult. I have emailed the company twice to raise these concerns and seek a resolution, but have received no response.
Disappointing cleaning and an equally disappointing lack of follow-up. I would not recommend this company.
Hi Felicia, thank you for taking the time to share this.
We take every review seriously, so we checked our records thoroughly: more than 39,000 bookings from the past two years (including every post-renovation and move-in clean), all five of our customer inboxes, our website enquiries and our payment records.
We couldn't find any booking or emails matching this description, so we believe this review may have been meant for another business.
I personally oversee every complaint, so if you did book with us, please call me directly on 0478 651 167 or email info@maidforyou.com.au and I'll look into it straight away.
