je n'en croyais pas mes yeux quand j'ai vu des Alfajores en vitrine ! de sublimes cookies d'origine /Espagne /sud américaine. un véritable délice. (j'en cuisine aussi chez moi en France, personnellement j'ajoute du zest de citron vert dans la pâte a biscuit) et vous y trouverez d'excellents cafés. une très belle découverte d'un ami venu y prendre un café, et qui finalement y a mangé sur place.
Well, not quite in the heart of Manali, but not far from it. Perhaps the best breads. Go for the baguette or ciabatta. Their brown bread is authentically brown, not artificially colored. And then, there's a choice of coffees and baked goodies. I went for the ciabatta chicken cheese sandwich. Filling and satisfying, although a bit dry.
Not noisy, easily accessible, and exceptional service. You'll like it.
A tiny Latin American gem in Himachel serving up empanadas, alfajores and even Yerba mate! So nostalgic and as a bonus, the owners are wonderfully kind.
Food n coffee is great but waiting time ruins the mood.

Absolutely perfect ciabatta and sourdough breads used for their sandwiches. Love the coffee and the lemon pie!! Will definitely visit again.
Very cozy little cafe serving the best coffee in Manali. Enjoyed one of the best Macchiato and at very reasonable price. Carrot Walnut & Banana Walnut cake slices were excellent. It's a must to go cafe for coffee lovers.
One of the best coffee that I had. Visited the cafe daily during our Manali trip.Tried chocolate walnut cake, carrot walnut cake, lamon tart, and cookies. All very good in quality and served with care. Poonam at the counter was always a charming presence. Keep it up.
While searching for sourdough i landed to this cute cozy cafe, now it’s one of my favourite, with the best aromatic coffee and delicious cakes/ pies, and also meeting “Nat“she is best in what she does and adorable.♥️
