From day one, Simon and his team managed every aspect of the renovation, taking the stress completely off our shoulders. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From the very first meeting with Brielle, who took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted, through to the finished product, my experience with Rise Constructions was outstanding. The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on meeting my needs. This was our very first renovation, so it was really important to us that we chose people we could trust, especially knowing they'd be in our home when we weren't there. From day one, the team at Rise made us feel completely comfortable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Brielle was fantastic during the initial consultation and design process. She made everything feel easy and listened to what we wanted. At no point did we feel pressured into making a particular choice or spending more money. The whole Rise team were patient, happy to answer our endless questions, and gave us the time and information we needed to make decisions that were right for us. Communication was fantastic throughout. Paul was great and kept everything running smoothly. We always knew what was happening, who was coming and when, and if there were any changes or delays, we were kept informed. We also really appreciated that if one of the trades had a suggestion that would improve the end result, they took the time to explain it and talk us through the available options. The quality of workmanship has been amazing, and every trade has been professional, respectful and friendly. Now that the renovation is complete, we couldn't be happier with the result. We've ended up with two beautiful bathrooms and genuinely enjoyed the experience along the way. A great bunch of people who we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We have had the best experience with Rise! After regrettably not choosing Rise to renovate our kitchen and having many issues, we didn't make the same mistake twice and engaged Rise to renovate our bathroom. Every part of the process with Rise was smooth, well communicated and expertly executed. Rise even came to our rescue when a trade we had booked for separate works, was dodgy, so Rise completed the work needed in a very quick timeframe and saved my sanity. Every trade was kind, respectful and considerate. Timeframes were clearly communicated and met. We have several other renovations on our list and we will be choosing Rise again and again. Honestly, I am so thankful we went with Rise because it was a great experience!

We recently completed a full renovation of our two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with Rise Renovation and Construction, and the result has exceeded every expectation. The team completely gutted the unit and transformed it into a spacious, modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Every aspect was redesigned and rebuilt, including the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, lounge, and dining areas. They also converted our front patio into a beautiful deck complete with a fully automated pergola, creating an amazing outdoor living space. A special thank you to Kate Marshall, Director, Simon Marshall, Builder, Brielle Forde, Lead Designer, and Paul from Cabinetry. Each of them went above and beyond throughout the entire project. Their generosity, professionalism, and willingness to help at every stage made what could have been a stressful renovation an enjoyable experience. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. Attention to detail was evident in every room, and the finished product is stunning. The team was always respectful of our neighbours, kept the site tidy and organised, and communicated clearly throughout the process. What impressed us most was how much everyone genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy. Rise completed repairs/ renovations to our first floor balcony; with the access being upstairs through our unit. All their trades were particularly careful, efficient and careful in their work. We were kept fully informed on work progress and timings for each trade. Simon not only attended at some stage when each of the different trades were on site, but also hand-on for some of the work: whilst Kate was across all the admin with accurate and detailed quotes and invoicing. It was a pleasure to work with both and we highly recommend them.

Built us an amazing outdoor bbq. You can tell how good a company is when things don't go exactly to plan. The stone wasn't ready for my bbq before Xmas but Paul went above and beyond to ensure I could still use it for Xmas. Kate's communication is fantastic and Paul's workmanship was brilliant!
