Charis was recommended to our family by the Funeral Director looking after my Auntie's service recently. The presentation of the service was very much in keeping with our requests and we felt that she had really taken on board the things that were important to us as a family. Given that she had no children of her own, it was especially important to us to ensure that our Aunt's service was a reflection of who she was and what was she valued. Our introductory meeting with Charis was via teams because we live regionally but she also provided a set of comprehensive questions which gave us an opportunity to really consider what was important about our beautiful Auntie. We couldn't have asked for a better fit for our family to celebrate her life 90 years of life.
Respectful, sincere and professional. Charis guided the family through the planning process with respect and compassion, then supported us to deliver a fitting tribute to our loved one. Highly recommended.
Charis did an outstanding job as the celebrant at my Mum’s funeral service. She was incredibly professional in both planning and delivering the service. Her care and attention to detail were faultless, and I would highly recommend her to others.
Charis was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, and she took care of so much along the way, making the wedding preparations genuinely fun and enjoyable. We especially loved the beautiful quiz on her website, which allowed her to get to know us, our relationship and our story on a much deeper level.
On the day, Charis was the perfect balance of professional, organised, warm and caring. She has such a lovely, calming presence and instinctively knew exactly what was needed at every moment, making us feel completely at ease.
The way she wove our individual stories, personalities and experiences into our ceremony was truly beautiful. She brought everything together through the most thoughtful and heartfelt storytelling, creating a ceremony that felt so uniquely us.
We knew Charis was one of Melbourne’s most recognised wedding celebrants, and she absolutely lives up to every bit of that recognition. We couldn’t be more grateful to her for making such an important part of our wedding day so incredibly special. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional celebrant!
Under sad and unexpected circumstances, our mum sadly passed away. We were introduced to Charis White. From the start Charis was a breath of fresh air. Charis was absolutely wonderful as the celebrant for my mum’s funeral. She was warm, compassionate and incredibly supportive during such a difficult time. We couldn’t recommend Charis highly enough. Charis was the celebrant for our Dad’s funeral and she was absolutely wonderful. From the very first meeting, she showed genuine warmth, care and compassion and made our family feel completely at ease. She just seemed to fit right in and took the time to really understand Dad and what was important to us.

We were so fortunate that Charis was recommended to us by Le Pine Funeral Directors. She was amazing, being able to capture the essence of my husband's nature . We had a small private burial service, followed a week later by a public celebration of life service. At both of these occasions her words captured his extraordinary gifts. There were touches of humour, as he would have expected, yet the solemnity of each event was present. We were so grateful for Charis' warmth, sensitivity and professionalism. What else can i say but wonderful. Charis was warm, calm, helpful, personable and a perfect celebrant. She made my family and i feel so at ease after my mums passing and helped us through an experience we had never been through with organising the funeral. Highly recommended

From the very first contact by phone until after the funeral service ended, Charis was nothing but caring, professional and understanding.
Charis was able to pull together a reading the truly made a wonderful picture of a loving wife, dedicated and loving mother and wonderful grandmother and great grandmother.
We cannot imagine having anyone else.
