Harrison with Carolina Shutter and Blinds came to our home again today and did an exceptional job installing our beautiful shutters in our upstairs dormers and he installed remotely operated blinds in our big bathroom window over the tub. They are so cool. This is the 3rd time in the past couple of years that he has been here to do the install and each time he was pleasant, friendly and efficient. This company has outstanding products and people as well.
Unbelievably the best experience I could have imagined!!! Harrison was prompt, polite, and there was no mess. 11 windows and 1.5 hours he was done!!!!! I love my shutters! I’ll be calling again soon!!!! Thank you!!!

Called and booked an appointment that turned out to be a no call no show. Contacted them about this and was told that I was in the system but not showing booked any appointments.
Edit: Was contacted by one of the owners who scheduled a make-up appointment the next day. The price was good, so I purchased blinds from them. There was a short lead time for materials and once available, the installer was in and out in no time. I'm very happy with everything and am upgrading to 5 stars.
