We’ve used Carolina Shutter and Blinds on two different homes for a full set of electric window treatments and the process has been very easy. After the initial consultation and order, Harrison has been the installer both times. He shows up on time and does an excellent job on the install. Would highly recommend using Carolina Shutter and Blinds and ask for Harrison to be the installer!
Our experience with CSB was great. We’ve used them twice. Installed remote controlled blinds in sunroom and on skylights, one in the kitchen and regular blinds in the master bathroom. Very happy with the process. Courteous reps who show up on time and provided plenty of choices. Harrison, who did the install, arrived on time, was courteous; he worked quickly and efficiently. We’re happy with the products. Would use CSB again.
We were amazed at the efficiency and expertise from start to finish with Carolina Shutters and blinds. From the consult to the installation every detail was managed with excellence. Polo and Chris were both superior in their service. I love that they are crafted in locally and can stand by any future need or addition!
I called this company to get a quote for new blinds for 1 room. A representative called me right back and got me scheduled with Alida Lambooy. She came to my house to give me suggestions and take measurements. She was the kindest and friendliest person that I felt like a friend was visiting. She ran through the options and helped me decide. I wanted up and down blinds, so I ended up ordering them and she told me about 4 weeks. Right on time they called to set up install, which was so easy. Joel and Polo came and installed them today. They were fast, efficient and very kind.
My service from start to finish was nothing but amazing. When I need any new window coverings, they are the only company I will use.
So very happy with Harrison from Carolina Shutters and Blinds. We had a broken window that needed replacing. That required taking down the shutter on one widow so the glass people could to the window properly. So I called Carolina Shutters and Blinds. They sent Harrison out for the project. He showed up right on time and removed the shutter. He told me just to let him know when the window was fixed and he would come back to reinstall that shutter. Once the window was repaired, I sent Harrison a text, thinking it would take a few days for him to come out. Nope, he immediately responded and said he was not too far away and could he come by today. He showed that same day, put the shutter back in place, and it looks awesome again. It all went so smoothly because Harrison was right on it. He’s friendly, professional, and does a fabulous job. If you need work done from Carolina Shutters and Blinds, ask for Harrison!
The consultation was informative and easy. Jen was the consummate professional, addressing all of my questions and concerns. She explained the process from start to finish and gave me temporary window dressings to help with privacy until my new blinds and shades are delivered. I was impressed with the overall price which covered 12 windows and a door. Once complete I will share before and after photos. To be continued.......

Harrison arrived and installed 8 blinds with crowns and 5 shades all in a little over 1 hour. He too was a consummate professional, polite and straight to the business at hand. The craftsmanship was top notch and they've completely improved the overall look of the house. Choosing Carolina Shutters for my window dressings was an excellent choice. If you need the job done right give them a call.

Chris Hutchins, their Design Consultant, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest and polite. Polo Velazquez, their Installer, was great to work with, too. He was on time, polite and finished quickly. The company exceeded my expectations by providing wonderful service at a competitive price. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well done.
Such an amazing company!! Everyone is so professional and helpful. Chris came out within a day of my call to measure the windows. He even came back to put up temporary blinds while we waited for our order to come in. He explained everything and made sure we understood exactly what we were ordering. Polo came out to do the installation. He was very kind, communicative and efficient! He was done installing the blinds in our whole house in less than 2 hours. The blinds look great! We will definitely be using Carolina Shutter & Blinds again in the future and telling all of our friends about it!
