What stood out the most was her kindness, patience, and respect for both our family and our loved one. Dawn was a tremendous help when I needed to move my father to an assisted living facility on short notice. She is very knowledgeable about how the system works and is familiar with many different options in NH. She is warm, caring, supportive and efficient. She's an excellent communicator and always responded to my inquiries quickly. She made the process much less stressfull and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for senior living options.

I was pretty desperate. My social worker gave me Dawn’s number so I called. My husband had behavioral problems so he was difficult to place. She took me on tours of three facilities but no one would accept him. After touring three more, we found a place for him. Three weeks later he got kicked out. I called her again and we finally got him in a place that was willing to work with him and get his meds straightened out. He is now doing well. I don’t know what I would have done without Dawn. She was there for me even during her difficult times.

Dawn was an amazing person to find when we were looking for help finding an assisted living facility for my mom. She provided resources, contacts, information, and organized tours for us. I would highly recommend her service! She was wonderful to work with and so supportive. We have used her twice and due to the nature of my moms illness will most likely need her again, but it takes such a huge burden off of the family knowing that she is a phone call away and is always friendly and kind. As my grandmother's caregiver, we found ourselves in a challenging situation with her memory loss and frequent falls. We were blessed to have her living in an in-law apartment at our house for 5 years but reached a point when it was no longer feasible or safe. Dawn and Heidi were an amazing help to our family during this time. They assessed our family's needs and worked quickly to set up visits with facilities. I have been a nurse for 20 years but never with elderly patients or those with memory loss. My concerns were always validated with their expertise in this area. I appreciated having Dawn and Heidi to help us to navigate this system as they acted as the "middle person" between our family and the facilities. When we ultimately made our decision, Dawn was only a phone call or text away if issues came up. It took some time for my grandmother to settle into her new home but we have comfort knowing that she is somewhere that she is loved and cared for if we are unable to be with her. Just a thank you hardly seems like enough!

Taking care of an aging parent can be extremely stressful with alot of uncertainty. Thankfully, Dawn Dumont was referred to me by multiple physicians. Working with someone local proved to be a vital piece of the process when it was clear my mother would not be able to live at home anymore. Dawn was always a phone call or text message away, while our family attempted to navigate unforseen health issues for our mother, even when we had to suspend our search. It was obvious early on, that she genuinely cared for the best possible outcome. Heidi was also a great resource, giving insight and thought to services that we may not have otherwise considered as we toured communities. Due to this dynamic duo, our mother is living her best life, thriving much more than we could have ever expected.

We have two parents that seemed to instantly need to be placed in assisted living. We were unprepared as to how to navigate this part of life. We were given Wendy Martineau’s name. Wendy took the reigns and helped us immensely! She took us under her wings and steered us in the proper direction. Thank heavens! She gave us suggestions and we went to visit those places. After making a decision to place both of them in the same facility, one of them was denied as his needs were too great. Just when we were feeling so defeated Wendy directed us to another facility. They accepted both of them. It has been a godsend. We would never have been able to navigate this by ourselves. Now that the parents are settled in and loving this new facility, Wendy is still checking in on them! Simply amazing! Thank you Wendy for everything you have done and continue to do.

Dawn was heaven sent! The first day I called her she recommended a memory care facility, the next day she meet me there and we had a tour! Dawn asked the director questions I hadn't thought of and pointed out things that helped me make an informed decision regarding placement of my father. I cannot say enough good things about this agency… Wendy and her team helped me twice in the last year… I did not know that I would need it, but we found ourselves in the position. Where two of our parents needed to be placed within a year of each each other. First my father-in-law last year and then my mother this year… Wendy and her team were so helpful with my father-in-law that as soon as I knew, my mom was going to need to find a home. I reached right out to Wendy and told her I needed help again. I wish that there was a class taught earlier in life about how to take care of your elderly parents. But since there is no class like that taught… Please keep their name and number handy because it is a godsend when you are trying to deal with your parents, getting older and trying to figure out where they will spend retirement, etc., is not an easy task for anyone. Wendy and her team has such useful and helpful information about facilities and homes in the area that I left all the research up to them. Thank you will never be enough

We could not have gotten through this difficult process without Dawn and Wendy. They have been compassionate, responsive, and informative. They knew facilities pros and cons to find a great fit for my mom. I must have asked multiple times about a facility someone suggested and they talked me through each one. Tours were so much more enjoyable to have them along taking the sales pitch down. We started the process immediately after my moms diagnosis and couldn't suggest that more.
