Kobi was able to come out the same day and program a new one in the back of his van within 30 minutes - at half the price we were quoted by the dealership. I had lost my last key to my car and was looking for an alternative to towing my car to the dealership and spending $$$!
I called PickBuster and he said he could do it all at my home!
He was able to make an emergency key to access the vehicle and programmed 2 new key remotes and ALL is working now! I saved time and money with this service, very professional and a nice guy too! Kobi really knows his stuff, Thank you!!!!

Well, it would be too long to classify him as each.
Quite simply, he is a hero.
Kobi is truly talented but what is most important to me, is that he is patient, honest, and humble.
I called surrounding locksmiths in the area, and they said disabling a stolen BMW key and reprogramming a new one as a task that would "take hours" and "is not a fast process." Or, they simply did not work on the complex rat's nest called BMW (or any fine, mean driving machine of the European variety).
I called PickBuster (and I also thought it was a neat name) and Kobi responded promptly and very, very politely. He was patient in explaining the process. Once he received my VIN number and the pictures of my spare key, he explained to me EML technology, how the data would be erased, and advised against any other unnecessary procedures.
While the information was rather technical and highly specialized, I understood that he knew exactly what he was doing (in the sense he could explain it to ME, a person who simply enjoys Bimmer hums and growls but not understand the mechanical shop terms) if he could explain it so clearly to me. Not only does he know the computer programming, diagnostics, encryption, connection to the immobilizer and ECU, security systems, soldering, key cutting (wow, just look at those skills for this work!), he knows the _human_.
Kobi cares for the well-being of his customers. He was very accommodating and very humble. He provided a spare battery should mine die, as he provided me a new BMW key that COULD replace the battery without breaking the shell. (Yep, those dealer BMW keys fuse the shells so you can't replace the battery and have to drop a couple hundred for a new key fob every time.)
Clearly God has blessed him with great skill, amazing intellect, and nimble hands. In addition to his kind heart, may God continue to grace this man the deep capacity to love and help our community!
