This was an easy experience for something that is intimidating and stressful. The staff were calm, helpful, prompt and friendly. It’s easy to get in the office and there was no wait time. It was as enjoyable as getting an MRI can be.

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and arrived at 9:30. I lost a day of work because this clinic never called me to cancel. I had to come all the way here just to be told that the technician would not be coming in today.

Star imaging is a top notch place to get imaging done. I am picky about what medical facilities I use. I was convinced to try it when my Dr. said he highly recommends Star imaging, both for their professionalism and quality imaging, but also for their affordability. As a cash paying client, that was also key.
Upon entering Star Imaging I was kindly greeted, with the same courtesy as I felt when calling in for appts and question review.
The facility is exceptionally clean, I was surprised to see art murals even! That was encouraging to see, taking my mind off things a bit.
James was my MRI tech. He was thorough in educating and instructing what to do and what not to do when having an MRI of my hip
. I appreciated his kind encouragement telling me there was 12 minutes left in the scan, that I was doing an excellent job holding still. This was a 30 minute scan, so that final stretch encouragement meant a lot. Lastly, he continued to respond with “my pleasure” which truly impressed upon me how great he does interacting with public.
I can’t say enough good things for my experience.

The staff here are all very kind and courteous. I have had to visit star imaging for a couple of different types of tests done and each time I was treated with kindness and respect. I was able to get an appointment very quick and everyone was very nice. The MRI tech made sure I was comfortable and was super nice. The place was also very clean! Hopefully won't need too many more MRI's but if do I will be sure to go back. And btw the results were emailed to me the same day as well as a free CD. Last time I was at UT health at my ortho they wanted to charge me 15 bucks to burn a CD!
