Star Imaging provided excellent service. Scheduling was quick, the X-rays were done efficiently, and the staff was professional and friendly throughout the visit. This is the best place to go for imaging studies. I travel from out of state and make sure I get all my studies completed while I’m in Houston so I can go to Star Imaging. The service is unmatched! The ease of scheduling, the ease of insurance verification, the ease of communication with the office, the ease of the test and procedures - all delivered with a genuine smile. You see and feel their effort to relieve the patient’s burden wherever possible. Love this place and so appreciative of their service and expertise!

Awesome customer service experience, I highly recommend star imaging! We were late to our appointment and they were very gracious and understanding. Jarren and his beautiful wife, my apologies but your name escapes me, were awesome! Hard working couple that provides excellent service! This was an easy experience for something that is intimidating and stressful. The staff were calm, helpful, prompt and friendly. It’s easy to get in the office and there was no wait time. It was as enjoyable as getting an MRI can be.
