Dr Hussein is fantastic. He has great knowledge and understanding. We i started seeing him i couldn't move my head left or right, got that sorted. I than managed to get hurt pretty bad and had a bulging dics with regular visits i am improving daily. Always willing to squeeze me in when I have any terrible flar ups too.
Today was my first visit to this amazing place.Ally was fabulous at the front counter.Dr Hussein was amazing from start to finish.Every little detail was explained.Every part of my adjustment was easy.Talked me through everything.I cannot speak highly enough of this team.The state of the art new equipment was so different.Would recommend going there.Prices are very good also.10 out of 10.😊😊
I have been visiting Dr Hussein, for over 4 months now. He has help relieve my stiff neck and shoulder problems. I now have a better posture and no longer feel stressed and stiff. Very professional and knows what needs to be treated, I am very happy and pleased with the results. I fully recommend going to have chat with Dr Hussein. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Hussein if you want to improve your quality of life. Whether its a chronic condition, an acute injury or just a tune up, Hussein is the man you want to see. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, passionate about his work and just an all round great guy. He has gone above and beyond to help with my chronic back condition and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Since my successive pickleball knee injuries I have had 3 appointments with Kushma Bhattarai and my right knee is steadily improving.
The pain on the RHS of my right knee has reduced & the shooting pains in my calves & hamstrings have stopped & I can now walk down a stationary escalator or steepish driveway without significant pain. 😊
Life is starting to return to normal & I am anticipating that in another 2 weeks I will be 95% recovered.
The weekly remedial massages in conjunction with the 3 X daily stretches that
Kushma has shown me are speeding my recovery!
Very happy that my wife “found” Kushma & also that the Epping Family Wellness Centre is so conveniently located wrt where we live.

It is now 10 July & I have had 8 treatments from Kushma & coupled with doing the exercises & stretches I now am out of the pain zone when driving, getting in out of my car, walking down stairs, bending right down & kneeling!
Things one normally takes for granted.
I saw my Dr. late June & it was agreed that a MRI of my lower spine would be a good idea given my previous episode with severe sciatica in 2000.
This I had 2nd. June & the results indicated problems in the L4/L5 area.
I took the trouble to familiarise myself with the reading of these scans plus the meaning of all the Technical words used in the accompanying report.
I can now see that I will need to take care with maintaining my wellbeing & watch my posture in particular if I don’t want to have those horrible shooting pains in the back of my thighs & along my calves!
On the brighter side & as my Dr. said, “The good news is that surgery is not recommended! 😊.
With the remedial massages, all the natural health tablets my wife gives me daily, watching my posture like a hawk & doing my exercises & stretches in moderation I will be able to keep my first reoccurrence of sciatica since 2000 at bay. 🤞

Kushma does fantastic work on me, one of the best massage therapist in Sydney . She knows each muscles very well and find out the solution for the tightness and discomfort part.
I can’t recommend Epping Family Wellness Centre enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The time was taken to really listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I’ve noticed a huge difference since starting treatment – less tension, better mobility, and just an overall sense of relief. The space is calm and professional, and the care is thoughtful and tailored. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing, this is the place!
This place is great! Not only are the receptionists friendly but the chiropractors are too. I had never had an adjustment done before but only saw it on social media. They will take you through every step and procedure with you. My movements were rigid, but after just one visit I can notice the difference. And the fact that it's quite reasonably priced is a good thing too. Do not hesitate to book your appointment and do yourself a favour.
