I highly recommend using future home comforts.
We are currently moving in to our new home and are currently carrying out upgrades to the home and the 27 year old boiler was a must.
Contacted Liam and arranged a qoute this hole process was hassle free and was carried out very quickly.
I was extremely happy with the qoute and was by far the best compared to the others I had, they made sure all areas were covered.
Day of installation max the engine arrived and he was really professional and a joy to speake to, the installation took a while but due to age of old boiler and max kept me up to date the hole day, ate the end the induction to how the boiler works was really informative and it has been running smooth since.

The turnaround time for this emergency call-out was incredible. A Gas Safe engineer arrived in under 30 minutes, quickly identified the issue within about 15 minutes, and then arranged for a senior Gas Safe engineer and a Cadent engineer to attend shortly after.
Between them, they had the problem fully resolved within around an hour and a half. Their experience and professionalism were clear from how efficiently everything was handled.
I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.

We were looking to replace our boiler and moving it to the loft space. Liam came around and surveyed the job before sitting down with us and running through our options. He was genuine, knowledgeable and sincere and gave us a quote for the different options.
We got multiple quotes but the personal touch really made the difference.

With in a short time, Max our engineer came to do the job. He set to work and work flat out to get the job completed. He was courteous and conscientious, doing his best to ensure we had hot water and facilities. We have 2 small children so this was invaluable.

Just moved into house and had low water pressure. Upon trying to reset the pressure with the valves, I noticed a massive water leak. In a panic distress, I started to research local gas engineers and stumbled across Future Home Comforts. I called and Liam was with me within the hour. Exceptional Service – Truly Grateful!
Backstory: After moving into my new property, I discovered that the heating wasn’t working, although the hot water was still functioning. I reached out to a plumber to address the heating issue, and while the heating was fixed, I soon noticed a leak near the boiler, and the hot water stopped working. I assumed this was a separate problem, so I contacted the plumber again to deal with the leak, hoping it would solve the hot water issue – but it didn’t! I then reached out to the same plumber who had worked on the heating, and he advised me that I needed new parts for the hot water system. At this point, I started considering the idea of replacing the whole boiler, so I contacted Future Home Comfort for a quotation.
Liam, the company owner, came to my home and provided an incredible level of service. He was honest, open, and thorough. Rather than pushing for a new boiler, Liam explained that I didn’t need one at all. In fact, he discovered that the hot water had simply been turned off! He also clarified that no new parts were needed for the boiler, which was a huge relief!
Liam then went out of his way to walk me through my boiler system, helped me understand how it works, and even checked my warranty and advised me accordingly. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and the knowledge he shared with me.
This experience was a real eye-opener for me, and I genuinely appreciate the honesty and transparency Liam showed. I will definitely be using Future Home Comfort for any future needs. If you're looking for reliable, honest service, I can't recommend them enough!

We had boiler problems due to its age. It worked when it wanted to and made a horrible noise. Liam came round I told him what we wanted. Liam got a price together very quickly for us. It was a good price. So we went ahead. Him and max came round on a time what was suitable for us. They worked hard to get it all done in one day.

Fitted a new combe boiler for us. Max was very efficient and friendly he got on withwhat he was doing and he didnt leave a mess,he took the old emersiontank and the tank from the loft. Max was the installer. He arrived at 0800hrs and did not leave until satisfied all was working at 2100hrs. In that time he removed a Baxi boiler and replaced it with an Ideal with all the procedures necessary for the task and fitted 7 new TVRs to radiators. He was very helpful explaining things as he went and left me with the impression that he was very happy in his work and worked to very high level of perfection. He is a credit to Burch’s Heating.
