Exceptional Service – Truly Grateful! Backstory: After moving into my new property, I discovered that the heating wasn’t working, although the hot water was still functioning. I reached out to a plumber to address the heating issue, and while the heating was fixed, I soon noticed a leak near the boiler, and the hot water stopped working. I assumed this was a separate problem, so I contacted the plumber again to deal with the leak, hoping it would solve the hot water issue – but it didn’t! I then reached out to the same plumber who had worked on the heating, and he advised me that I needed new parts for the hot water system. At this point, I started considering the idea of replacing the whole boiler, so I contacted Future Home Comfort for a quotation. Liam, the company owner, came to my home and provided an incredible level of service. He was honest, open, and thorough. Rather than pushing for a new boiler, Liam explained that I didn’t need one at all. In fact, he discovered that the hot water had simply been turned off! He also clarified that no new parts were needed for the boiler, which was a huge relief! Liam then went out of his way to walk me through my boiler system, helped me understand how it works, and even checked my warranty and advised me accordingly. I’m so grateful for his professionalism and the knowledge he shared with me. This experience was a real eye-opener for me, and I genuinely appreciate the honesty and transparency Liam showed. I will definitely be using Future Home Comfort for any future needs. If you're looking for reliable, honest service, I can't recommend them enough!

We had boiler problems due to its age. It worked when it wanted to and made a horrible noise. Liam came round I told him what we wanted. Liam got a price together very quickly for us. It was a good price. So we went ahead. Him and max came round on a time what was suitable for us. They worked hard to get it all done in one day. They was very tidy and max did some extra things for us to. All in all I would definitely recommend them Well done guys thanks for your hard work.

Fitted a new combe boiler for us. Max was very efficient and friendly he got on withwhat he was doing and he didnt leave a mess,he took the old emersiontank and the tank from the loft. Max was the installer. He arrived at 0800hrs and did not leave until satisfied all was working at 2100hrs. In that time he removed a Baxi boiler and replaced it with an Ideal with all the procedures necessary for the task and fitted 7 new TVRs to radiators. He was very helpful explaining things as he went and left me with the impression that he was very happy in his work and worked to very high level of perfection. He is a credit to Burch’s Heating.

My boiler packed up just before a really cold spell. My usual contacts were telling me of weeks to wait. So I looked around and indirectly found Future Home Comforts. I’ll be honest, my initial interactions left me a little suspicious: too quick to respond, too keen? Why can they come so quickly when others couldn’t? Why are they absent from the usual platforms (Trustpilot, Checkatrader, etc). The recent change of company name threw me a bit as well… I couldn’t have been more wrong. Liam came early next day, spent more than an hour explaining what was needed, how it would happen, what additional components were needed, and - more importantly- which weren’t. Liam is definitely a sales guy, but I found him to be fair (including towards his competition) and not overly pushy. The price put forward was definitely fair and very much within (though slightly lower than) the ballpark of what I’d been quoted. After Liam left, I decided to go ahead with Future Home Comforts. Their engineer Max came first thing next day, and within a day, it was all done. Max was very polite, very accommodating, and very neat in his work. He took his time to explain the new boiler. Whilst he was there, he even noticed and fixed a leak in a bathroom pipe that wasn’t at all linked to the work he had to do. A few days later, all is well, and Liam has even offered to come visit to check the balance in the radiators and water tank. It’s early days, but I’m confident that if there was an issue, Future Home Comforts would have our back. I can only highly recommend this company and the people I interacted with. At a stressful time with no heat in sub-zero temperatures with 2 young kids in the house, I really appreciated the fast turnaround and ease of communication!

A very professional experience throughout. Liam made a personal appointment to explain what was required in great detail. Providing an explanatory brochure detailing with the work to be carried out, the time it would take and a selection of four boilers to choose from. All at a very competitive price, with the reassurance of dealing with a family business with many years experience of the industry. Dave (Liam's Dad) fitted my new boiler, two radiators and a hot water cylinder. His workmanship was to a very high standard. Having been in business for many years his standards are very high.
