My parents A/C went out during the hottest day we've had so far, my dad has a heart condition and we needed help ASAP. I posted online asking for HVAC recommendations and Reliable Heating And Air came up. Russ was at their house within an hour diagnosing the problem. Their unit is older and needs replacement, but that just isn't possible financially right now. Instead of pushing a new system, he spent over an hour tracking down a blower motor that would work for their unit, drove all the way from Calabasas to Sun Valley to pick it up, and got the system running again. The unit is on its last leg, but he bought us time to figure things out. Really grateful for the honesty and effort.

Very fast and efficient responses time. I got a very fast response and was scheduled within minutes for the technician to come out when it was convenient for me. The technician diagnosed the issue my AC was having and had the part in his truck to get it fixed on the spot. As we were going through an unexpected heatwave I was really appreciative that didn't have to wait for days to get it fixed. He also quoted me a very reasonable price for the fix and didn't say there were extra "unexpected" fees. I paid exactly what they quoted me. I hope I won't have a need to use them soon, but if I do Reliable Heating and Air is who I'm going to be calling. Recommending them to all my friends and family too.
