Dreadful experience with this service. They were supposed to come at 10. Nobody showed up and people don’t answer the phone. 2 people showed up at 11:45 without any tools to do any of the installation. Installed the tv wrong and we had to call the company people to come do it again correctly. Took 6 hours to install just one AC. The technicians have no idea what they are doing. Drilled unnecessary holes in the walls and made mistakes in both AC and TV installation. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
