We have an older sliding glass door that was not sliding like it should. The door was also jammed into frame as the house has settled. I had tried to remove it myself and couldn't get it free. Jason did get it out of the frame, finding a couple of interesting solutions to the problem that only someone with experience would think of. As it turns out the rollers were shot and to add to the difficulty, the rollers were not standard replaceable rollers. Jason rebuilt these vintage rollers on site. It's like a new door. We're grateful to Jason and his assistant (apologies for forgetting his name) for fixing this older door. Worth every penny. Quality isn't just a word he uses in the name of his business, its a promise. Thank you Quality Sliding Door Repair. 5 stars.

Jason arrived at my home to evaluate a window leak and give me a repair estimate. He was friendly, thorough and professional. He said he could do a repair but noted the window was compromised and no longer energy efficient. Fixing the leak was a bandaid due to the nature of the leak and recommended replacing if I wanted the best possible outcome. They do not do replacements so was passing up work and left for me to decide. I chose to get a new window with another company. However I also had sliding closet doors that were original to the 1968 home and falling off the tracks and essentially were barricades to the closet. I asked him to take a look and he gave me a fair estimate considering the age and difficulty of obtaining ancient parts. He returned the following week and now they are working better than when I bought the home 25 years ago. Thanks Quality Sliding Door Repair! Within a few minutes, I had a quote and after accepting the quote, a few minutes after that, an appointment 2 days later. We came home the Sunday after Thanksgiving to a nightmare when our dog ran into our glass sliding door and it completely shattered. After contacting a couple of glass companies that never got back to me, I found Quality Sliding Doors through Google. Their reviews made it clear they specialize in repairing doors, not selling you a new door, which was exactly what I needed. My door is a beautiful wood slider, so in addition to needing new glass, I wanted the door repaired and did not want to replace it. Jason responded immediately when I texted him. He came out early the next morning, secured the door so we could safely use it while waiting for the new glass, repaired the entire door so it slid smoothly again, and fixed a locking issue that had not worked properly for years.
