The packaging was secure, no damage at all, and the plant looks even better than the photos. It’s been a month and it’s still thriving. Great customer service and fast delivery too. Highly recommend!

Ordered twice from here, all 3 plants were promptly shipped, well packed bare rooted in soft tissue roll, roots were very well cleaned and free of dirt/debri, both times plants arrived within one week of placing the order, plants sent were almost identical to the specimens pictured. Very satisfied, would recommend.
Edit: I have now ordered 5 or 6 times from Plantae Paradise (I lost count lol). Can’t recommend highly enough. The cacti I received are all thriving and I have even degrafted and rooted a couple of them
If buying plants especially cacti bare rooted please keep in mind the cacti need to be rested for a few days bare root after unpacking before being repotted, and you MUST wait at least a week (2 weeks is better) before doing the first watering following a repotting, because repotting is traumatic to the roots, causing small cuts and injuries which can become vectors of infection in a damp/moist environment if not allowed time to heal first
