They are very prompt in delivery, their packaging quality is also superb. They always sends mature and healthy plants not only that every time they don't forget to include a few complimentary plants. Ordered twice from here, all 3 plants were promptly shipped, well packed bare rooted in soft tissue roll, roots were very well cleaned and free of dirt/debri, both times plants arrived within one week of placing the order, plants sent were almost identical to the specimens pictured. Very satisfied, would recommend. If buying plants especially cacti bare rooted please keep in mind the cacti need to be rested for a few days bare root after unpacking before being repotted, and you MUST wait at least a week (2 weeks is better) before doing the first watering following a repotting, because repotting is traumatic to the roots, causing small cuts and injuries which can become vectors of infection in a damp/moist environment if not allowed time to heal first

The nursery is well maintained, and they guide you how to care for each plant. Overall it's a great place for plant lovers, especially those looking for unique cactus varities..

Shopping with Plantae Paradise was a happy and seamless experience. I received my succulents in amazing condition. They were packed with so much attention to detail and it came with little gifts of plant IDs and a cactus. They also pay attention to logistics in detail. The potting mix was also packed very well and is nice and gritty . Prices were all reasonable. I have just potted them all today and am sure they will do well with all the positive vibes from Plantae Paradise right from order to post delivery support. The highlight was Mr Maneet Singh's patience to answer all my questions with so much joy and passion. I think that's a rare thing.For Plantae Paradise - they don't 'just sell' they love what they do and build relationships with customers. Highly recommend this for succulent and cactus lovers. As Mr Singh shared in our interactions - "I don't have customers but friends who love plants". Sorry Mr Singh I did not take your permission to quote you😊

In your cactus and succulent mix do you add bone meal and chicken manure which was written on your website for diy ? I want to buy it but seeing the ingredients on you diy I hesitate if your diy has such things means you also make your own similar. In my thoughts bone meal and chicken manure I don't see in succulent mix.
