We had a great experience with Alves Law Group! We worked closely with Starlene once the purchase process began, and really enjoyed working with her. She answered all of our questions and was great with follow-up and communication. Starlene was extremely punctual in sending us fillable documents prior to the closing date, which made the in-person closing go so smoothly. She even worked after hours to ensure that our paperwork was up to par. The closing process was easy, professional and awesome all around. It took less than an hour to complete the signing. Real estate documentation can be complicated, but Starlene took the time to explain and break down each document that we had to sign. The process was transparent, and we felt confident that we understood exactly what we signed.
