I had the most infuriating experience here on Friday. My appointment time was 11:15 I arrived at 10:45 and was told I was too early to check in and take a seat. In the entire facility there was not a seat people were standing and waiting outside. After waiting over an hour I was called I to a room to be told "Dr. Wise is running at least two hours behind, you are patient 13 in line". I was told there were two doctors there and it was not possible that all those patients were going to be seen in a timely manner. Why are multiple patients booked for the same time??? I am a diabetic and could not have sat there for three hours with my sugar dropping and I was not prepared since I should have been seen and released within an hour or so. I informed the front that I was not waiting and this was totally unacceptable. Two doctors could not have treated the amount of patients waiting. I am writing a complaint letter to Medicare and the Department of Banking and Insurance because it is not okay to treat patients like this. I will have my records transferred to another office that has some regard for their patients. This office DOES NOT perform anything other than exams; there would not be a delay like a surgical facility. I am furious! This got posted to the wrong facility it was intended for Greystone Eye in Lincolnton

Sorry you had a bad experience at Greystone Eye. We see you added to your original comment that it wasn't actually Accuvision LASIK who saw you. Google should let you remove your 1-star review, but we do appreciate you amending it so people see it was for the wrong facility. We hope you have better luck with eyecare in the future!
